Black Violin Speakers + Granite Subwoofer

This is a set of three speakers: two made from violins, and a subwoofer. The violin speakers use a principle called Distributed Mode Loudspeaker (DML) where a magnet and voice coil, similar to those used in conventional speaker drivers, is attached to a sound board, such as a sheet of foam, or in this case, the top of the violin. These are real violins and the sound comes from the wood top of the violin; with low frequencies covered by the subwoofer. They can function using a single pair of Left/Right stereo channels, or as a 2.1 system where the woofer is powered by a separate channel from your 2.1 amplifier.
